Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our expanding facility in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is critical to our ongoing logistics success, encompassing a range of responsibilities from receiving and stocking to order picking, packing, and shipping. You will play an integral part in ensuring the timely and accurate flow of goods through our distribution center. Our company places the highest priority on employee well-being, implementing rigorous Safety standards and requiring the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ). This physically demanding position involves prolonged standing, walking, bending, and the regular lifting of items up to 70 lbs. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive, count, and store incoming inventory.
  • Pick and pack orders with precision and efficiency, ensuring all items are accounted for.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including proper labeling and documentation.
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of all goods.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and audits.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and competently.
  • Keep the warehouse environment clean, organized, and hazard-free, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
  • Wear all required PPE correctly and consistently to ensure personal and team safety .
  • Contribute to the efficiency of the overall logistics process and support team objectives.
  • Perform additional warehouse tasks as directed by management.
The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience and a solid understanding of warehouse operations. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanning technology is preferred. Excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
