Job Summary:
Become a key member of our advanced Distribution Center Associate team in San Jose, California. This role is fundamental to the successful operation of our high-volume distribution hub. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including order picking, inventory control, shipping preparation, and general warehouse upkeep. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Utilize appropriate PPE at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Support shipping and receiving operations as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks, including repetitive Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure workplace.
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
