This is a vital role responsible for a wide range of warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to designated storage.
- Examine contents and compare with records, such as orders, invoices, or requisitions in order to verify completeness of order.
- Manage inventory control and stock rotation.
- Operate forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and PPE requirements.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse inventory procedures.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Adherence to all safety guidelines.
