You will play a key role in accurately fulfilling customer orders, ensuring items are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment efficiently. This position is fundamental to our logistics success and requires a sharp eye for detail. We prioritize your well-being by providing all necessary PPE and comprehensive training in operational procedures and safety guidelines. The role involves physical activity, including the ability to handle Lifting up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Inspect picked items for damage and ensure accuracy.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, using appropriate materials.
- Stage completed orders for shipping carriers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and strict safety protocols.
- Participate in inventory counts as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse roles is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for the duration of the shift.
- Capacity for Lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics .
- Must be willing to wear all provided PPE and follow all safety procedures.
- Reliable and punctual.
