Your role will be crucial in handling various warehouse tasks, including receiving and stocking merchandise, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. We maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and provide all necessary PPE . This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs. A keen attention to detail and a commitment to following procedures are essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks safely (training provided).
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially concerning safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily operational objectives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior warehouse or general labor experience is an advantage.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Comfortable with regular Lifting requirements, up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task completion.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse functions and logistics principles.
- Must be willing to use provided PPE and adhere to all safety guidelines.
- Reliable attendance and a proactive work attitude.
