Our Phoenix, Arizona facility is looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to support our busy operations. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient movement of goods within our distribution center. Your responsibilities will span from receiving and put-away to order fulfillment and shipping preparation. We are committed to maintaining a secure and productive workplace, emphasizing the importance of safety procedures and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role demands physical agility, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within our logistics framework.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently receive, unload, and inspect inbound shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer requirements.
- Stage completed orders for outgoing shipments.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and effectively.
- Participate in regular inventory management activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and report any hazards immediately.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must wear appropriate PPE at all times in designated areas.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Understanding of logistics operations and best practices is desirable.
- A strong commitment to safety and compliance.
