Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock inventory onto shelves and racks using appropriate equipment.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for loading onto delivery vehicles.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform regular Lifting of boxes and materials up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting and standing for long periods.
- Strong understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Familiarity with basic logistics operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Reliable and punctual.
