Our Distribution Center in Salt Lake City, Utah is looking for dedicated Distribution Center Associates to join our team. This role is central to our logistics network, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving and stocking to picking and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks, safely and proficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of appropriate PPE.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the distribution center.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse role is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all regulations.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and operate machinery for extended periods.
