Axiom Chiropractic is a high-volume, family-centered, and patient-focused chiropractic clinic in Southern Utah dedicated to delivering exceptional care, homeopathic support, and long-term wellness outcomes. *Clinical Style & Techniques*
Axiom Chiropractic focuses on family wellness chiropractic with a strong holistic and neuromusculoskeletal approach. Our primary adjusting techniques include:
* *TRT (Torque Release Technique)*
* *Diversified manual adjusting*
The Associate Chiropractor must be proficient in both techniques, or willing to train and *become certified and clinically competent* within an agreed-upon timeframe.
We also serve a significant prenatal and pediatric population. For this reason:
* *Webster Certification is required*, or
* Must be *willing to become Webster Certified* within the first 6–12 months of employment.
A passion for caring for moms, babies, kids, and wellness-focused families is strongly preferred.
*What You’ll Do*
Primary responsibilities include:
* Perform chiropractic adjustments and soft tissue work as indicated
* Review health histories, exams, and perform Report of Findings
* Present care plans and educate patients clearly and confidently
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR
* Participate in community outreach and internal referral programs
* Contribute to a strong patient experience and positive clinic culture
* Assist in new patient acquisition initiatives
* Provide coverage when the lead doctor is out (bonus eligible)
We do *not* operate a “high-pressure sales” model — we educate, recommend, and deliver exceptional care.
*Qualifications Required*
* Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited program
* Current or pending Utah chiropractic license
* Strong clinical adjusting competency
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain accurate EHR documentation
* Coachable mindset + growth-oriented approach

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
