As a Principal Network Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing complex network solutions that drive innovation and efficiency across various industries. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, security, and performance of our network infrastructure, directly influencing the operational capabilities of the business. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure network architectures to meet business needs. Ensure network solutions are reliable, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices. Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring successful project execution. Design and implement robust network architectures that meet the needs of the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define network requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Monitor and optimize network performance, security, and reliability, implementing best practices and industry standards. You Must Have Minimum of 6 years of experience in network engineering and design. Strong knowledge of network protocols, security, and infrastructure management. Experience with routing and switching technologies, firewalls, and VPNs. Proficiency in network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques. Hands-on experience with network configuration and management tools. Familiarity with network automation and orchestration tools. Experience with network monitoring and management tools, such as Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent technologies. Proficiency in designing and implementing enterprise-level network solutions. We Value Advanced degrees in related fields such as Computer Science or Information Technology. Advanced certifications in vendor specific equipment (Cisco, Juniper, Arista) Vendor management Experience in managing large-scale network projects. Knowledge of cloud networking and virtualization technologies.
