Its proprietary software development and agent service departments develop and market leading business solutions for insurance agents. Job Summary
Responsible for overall support with administrative duties for the sales department. Providing superior service to leadership, local field managers, carrier representative staff, national/agency sales staff, and agents as needed. Primary Responsibilities:
Supports Sales team staff and Leadership by managing and completing assigned tasks efficiently. Oversees inbound email requests to team inboxes, assigning or redirecting them to the appropriate sales staff. Creates, organizes, and updates sales resources in OneNote, Teams channels, SharePoint folders, and Planners. Sends out service-related and informational emails to inform or recruit, as needed by carriers or sales teams. Handles inbound and outbound calls to support sales operations. Manages, creates, and analyzes sales reports from carriers and internal sources. Provides administrative support for functions such as email review, marketing submissions, webinar creation, and registration management. Coordinates with other departments on cross-team projects and assists with contract follow-ups as requested. Assists with organizing events, including Summits and Carrier Meetings, and serves as the primary backup when the team is out of office. Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or manager. Primary Skills & Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent. 0-2 years in sales support, administrative role, or other related experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related business applications Strong computer, typing, and organizational abilities Exceptional customer service skills Capable of handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as operating office equipment Benefits Available
