The below job description will outline this position of: Sales Administrator Typically, this person support the external sales team in a sales administration function offering admin and customer support both via email and phone. This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to learn about marine engineering and become trained into a field sales / business development position. HSB Technical’s client is an established and well-regarded business entity. Duties and responsibilities of the Sales Administrator: * Create and place purchase orders for parts and services * Produce accurate invoicing and order documentation * Support warehousing, logistics and parts stock coordination * Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal technical teams * Assist the Sales Manager with client enquiries, quotes and sales support tasks * Maintain accurate records in sales systems and support reporting Qualifications and requirements for the Sales Administrator: * Proven experience in sales administration or similar customer-facing administrative role * Strong IT skills * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Ideally experience in engineering services or technical parts environments * Understanding of stock control, warehousing or logistics processes * Professional, organised and customer-focused approach * A full driving licence is required This vacancy is being advertised by HSB Technical Ltd who have been appointed to act as a recruitment partner for this role
