We are seeking an enthusiastic MDS Coordinator. Duties will include but not limited to managing the entire MDS process, completing assessments and developing care plans.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A current, valid Maine RN (Registered Nurse) license
* A friendly, team-oriented disposition
* Flexibility, and be detailed oriented
* Understanding of PDPM
* Experience in a long term care or rehabilitation setting
* Experience with the MDS is preferred but not required
* E.O.E
Pay: $36.00 - $43.88 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
