We are looking for an experienced *Odoo ERP Implementation Manager* to lead the full implementation, configuration, and optimization of Odoo across our brand and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate understands both ERP systems and real-world manufacturing workflows, and has experience integrating online sales channels.
This role requires strong technical knowledge, business process understanding, and project leadership skills.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Lead full Odoo ERP implementation from planning to deployment
* Configure and optimize modules including:
* Manufacturing (MRP)
* Inventory & Warehousing
* Sales & CRM
* Purchasing
* Accounting (in coordination with finance team)
* Integrate Odoo with e-commerce platforms and online sales channels
* Map and improve factory production workflows (BOMs, routings, work centers)
* Manage data migration and ensure data accuracy
* Train internal teams and create documentation
* Provide ongoing system improvements and troubleshooting
* Coordinate with developers if custom modules are required
*Required Qualifications*
* 3+ years of hands-on Odoo experience
* Proven experience leading at least one full Odoo implementation
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (MRP, BOMs, production planning)
* Experience with inventory and supply chain management
* Experience integrating Odoo with e-commerce platforms
* Strong understanding of business process automation
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Strong communication skills in English
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Experience in apparel, fashion, or manufacturing industries
* Odoo certification
* Experience with multi-company or multi-warehouse setups
* Basic technical knowledge (Python, API integrations)
* Experience managing ERP projects
