We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our growing warehouse team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is key to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing a wide variety of products for shipment, playing an essential part in our logistics and supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders, utilizing scanners and pick lists.
- Inspect items for damage or defects during the picking process.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely, selecting the right packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and ensure all order information is correct.
- Stage completed orders for shipment and assist with loading as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with all Safety regulations.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stock replenishment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely and effectively.
- Wear and properly use all mandated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform tasks that require standing, walking, and moderate Lifting of items up to 45 pounds.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment quotas and contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret order instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail is crucial for order accuracy.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, walking, and consistent Lifting.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to upholding workplace Safety standards.
