We are looking for a detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our growing warehouse team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in processing orders accurately and efficiently, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on the picking, packing, and preparing of items for shipment within our fast-paced logistics environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders from warehouse shelves using pick lists or scanning devices.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure correct quantities are picked.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Stage packed orders for outgoing shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Operate various warehouse equipment as needed, following all safety guidelines.
- Wear and properly utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and help achieve daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be comfortable with frequent Lifting of items up to 40 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for order processing systems.
