Join our dynamic logistics team in Orlando, Florida, as a Warehouse Worker! We are seeking motivated individuals to support our warehouse operations by performing a variety of tasks essential to the efficient flow of goods. In this role, you will be involved in receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing customer orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. Your responsibilities will include unloading trucks, verifying incoming stock against purchase orders, and accurately placing items in their designated storage locations. You will also play a crucial part in fulfilling orders by retrieving and packing items according to specifications. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace is a key aspect of this job. This position requires physical endurance, including regular Lifting and moving of products. We are committed to ensuring a safe working environment and require the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and work gloves. A strong commitment to following safety procedures is mandatory. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and collaborate with team members is highly valued. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock products accurately into designated warehouse locations.
- Pick items for customer orders based on pick lists or RF scanner data.
- Pack orders with care to ensure product safety.
- Prepare outbound shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and workstations.
- Operate manual material handling equipment as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Wear all required PPE, including safety footwear.
- Participate in inventory management activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting and moving of items up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and safety principles.
- Willingness to comply with all PPE requirements.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
