Join our thriving logistics operation in Boise, Idaho, as a Warehouse Worker! We are looking for reliable and energetic individuals to contribute to the efficient flow of goods within our distribution center. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Your responsibilities will encompass unloading incoming shipments, verifying inventory against purchase orders, and accurately stocking merchandise onto shelves and into designated storage areas. You'll also play a key part in fulfilling customer orders by accurately picking items and preparing them for shipment. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment is crucial. This position requires physical stamina, as you'll be engaged in frequent Lifting and moving of products. We prioritize the safety of our team members and require the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and steel-toed boots. Understanding and implementing safety protocols is a fundamental aspect of this job. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate with colleagues is highly valued. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Inspect goods for damage and verify against shipping documents.
- Stock received merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing transportation.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Wear designated PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is beneficial.
- Physical ability to perform frequent Lifting and moving of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
