We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our Cincinnati, Ohio distribution center. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the efficient operation of our logistics facility. This includes receiving goods, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. The ideal candidate is reliable, has a strong work ethic, and prioritizes safety in all tasks. You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. We value teamwork and a proactive approach to warehouse management.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately store and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders using scanning equipment or pick lists.
- Assemble products and prepare them for shipping.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all company guidelines.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
- Contribute to overall efficiency and productivity goals within the logistics operation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or general labor role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment.
- Capacity to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
