Job Summary:
We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Los Angeles, California location! This role is crucial for the day-to-day operations of our facility, involving a variety of tasks that support our logistics and distribution efforts. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining a Safe and efficient warehouse environment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (certification may be required for certain equipment).
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and Safe work area, adhering to all company policies.
  • Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
  • Inspect goods for damage and report any issues.
  • Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Contribute to the overall effectiveness of our Logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment operation.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to Safety and adherence to all protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
