Join our expanding logistics team in Fort Worth, Texas, as a Picker/Packer! We need reliable individuals to accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment. This role is fundamental to our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately select items from warehouse inventory to fulfill customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety and security during transit.
- Verify order details to ensure accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Label packages accurately for outbound shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and Safe work environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in picking and packing or a related warehouse position is a plus.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse Logistics and order processing.
- Dedication to workplace Safety and adherence to all rules.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
