Join our team as an Order Picker in our Denver, Colorado distribution center! We are looking for dedicated individuals to accurately and efficiently select products for customer orders. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive the correct items in a timely manner. The Order Picker will be responsible for navigating the warehouse, using scanning equipment, and handling products with care. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position. You will play a vital part in maintaining inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Read pick orders and accurately locate items in the warehouse.
- Use RF scanners to track picked items and update inventory.
- Select the correct items and quantities as specified on the order ticket.
- Transport picked items to the packing or staging area.
- Ensure picked items are handled carefully to prevent damage.
- Repetitive lifting of items up to 35 pounds.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking targets and support overall logistics goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Capability of repetitive lifting up to 35 pounds.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to following safety procedures.
