You will be responsible for receiving and processing inventory, accurately picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods.
  • Sort and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Process customer orders by picking and packing items efficiently.
  • Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
  • Prepare shipments for transit, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (if certified).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Adhere to all company Safety regulations and procedures.
  • Consistently wear and utilize appropriate PPE.
  • Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. (certification required for forklifts).
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring substantial physical exertion, including frequent Lifting up to 60 pounds.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and warehouse Safety protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and a proactive approach to work.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence in logistics.
