Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods.
- Sort and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Process customer orders by picking and packing items efficiently.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Prepare shipments for transit, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and procedures.
- Consistently wear and utilize appropriate PPE.
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. (certification required for forklifts).
- Ability to perform tasks requiring substantial physical exertion, including frequent Lifting up to 60 pounds.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong understanding of logistics and warehouse Safety protocols.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a proactive approach to work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence in logistics.
