We are seeking diligent Warehouse Workers to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping. We provide thorough training and ensure the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, verifying contents and condition.
- Organize and store inventory in assigned areas.
- Accurately select items for customer orders based on pick lists.
- Package goods carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all labels and documentation are accurate.
- Use manual equipment like pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Keep work areas tidy and ensure the warehouse is free from obstructions.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety rules and regulations.
- Wear and maintain all required PPE, including safety footwear and eye protection.
- Contribute to inventory management through counts and checks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred.
- Capability to handle frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and Safety protocols.
- Reliable attendance and a professional attitude.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
