Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Load and unload trailers, ensuring safe handling of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using scanning technology.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Assist with other general warehouse tasks as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in a warehouse or similar environment is beneficial.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and scanning devices.
- Understanding of Safety procedures in a warehouse setting.
- Commitment to maintaining a secure and productive workplace.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Open to working various shifts and overtime as needed.
