Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Load and unload trucks as directed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
- Observe safe lifting techniques for all assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations and use required PPE.
