We are hiring Warehouse Workers to contribute to our essential logistics operations in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role offers a great opportunity to be part of a hardworking team, responsible for the general upkeep and flow of goods within our warehouse. Your duties will encompass a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unpack incoming inventory, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and designated storage areas with incoming goods.
- Pick items accurately for customer orders.
- Pack orders carefully for shipment.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks to move goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking as required.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform regular lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and safety protocols.
- Commitment to using required PPE at all times.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
