Job Summary:
Our Columbus, Ohio distribution center is seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Your attention to detail and commitment to efficiency are key to ensuring our logistics operations run smoothly. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, identify, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and pick sheets.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers using appropriate equipment.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor, aisles, and work areas.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Perform regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
  • Operate manual and powered equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
  • Assist with other warehouse tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment focused on logistics excellence.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
  • Ability to perform lifting of up to 40 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.
  • Commitment to contributing to an efficient logistics network.
