This position involves significant physical work, including **lifting** and moving packages, and requires strict adherence to **safety** procedures. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
- Inspect goods for damage and discrepancies.
- Accurately record received items in the inventory system.
- Stage received goods for further processing or put-away.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **safe** receiving area.
- Adhere to all company **safety** policies and procedures, including the use of **PPE**.
- Assist with **lifting** and unloading of shipments as required.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal **logistics** teams.
