Job Summary:
Join our fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California, as a Fulfillment Associate. You will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This position involves picking, packing, and shipping a high volume of products, contributing directly to our logistics success and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using handheld scanners or pick lists.
  • Inspect items for damage and ensure accuracy of picked quantities.
  • Pack orders efficiently and securely using appropriate materials.
  • Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
  • Process returns and restock inventory as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and box erectors.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and checks.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets within our logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of fulfillment and logistics processes.
  • Willingness to wear and use all required PPE.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
