We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Boston, Massachusetts location! In this versatile role, you will contribute to various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, and shipping. Your efficiency and attention to detail are vital for maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is key to our Logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and fill orders accurately from stock.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
- Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to order.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Load and unload materials.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Must wear and use all required PPE .
- Familiarity with Logistics processes is beneficial.
