We are looking for a diligent Order Picker to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska! As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and the smooth functioning of our Logistics operations. This position requires attention to detail, speed, and a commitment to adhering to all Safety guidelines. We provide all necessary PPE to ensure your well-being and comfort on the job. This role involves a considerable amount of walking and reaching, and may require some Lifting of products. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using a pick list or RF scanner.
- Locate items in the warehouse, verify product information, and retrieve correct quantities.
- Pack items carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Stage completed orders for shipment.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Assist with inventory checks and cycle counts as needed.
- Follow all company Safety procedures and report any potential hazards.
- Operate equipment like pallet jacks and order pickers as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product labels accurately.
- Comfortable with Lifting and carrying products up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must wear required PPE , including safety shoes.
