We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Distribution Center Associates in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is fundamental to our efficient supply chain operations, involving a variety of tasks within our state-of-the-art distribution facility. You'll be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products while ensuring accuracy and quality. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts.
  • Process shipments and prepare outgoing orders.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in inventory counts and audits.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
  • Commitment to following safety guidelines and using PPE.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
