Responsibilities:
- Receive and interpret picking lists or use scanning devices to locate items.
- Accurately pick specified quantities of products from warehouse shelves.
- Verify product information and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Pack items appropriately for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Operate pallet jacks and other lifting equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Report any discrepancies or damages encountered during picking.
- Wear appropriate PPE to ensure personal Safety and compliance.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse picking role is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability of Lifting items up to 30 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with warehouse logistics and inventory systems is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
