Your primary focus will be on efficiently picking items from warehouse shelves and accurately packing them for shipment. This position requires a high level of focus and precision to maintain order accuracy and minimize errors. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using a pick list or scanning device.
- Inspect items for damages before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages with shipping information accurately.
- Operate pallet jacks and other lifting devices as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Follow all company guidelines for Safety and quality control.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Capability of Lifting items up to 35 lbs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse logistics and inventory systems is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adhering to PPE guidelines.
