We are seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This role is pivotal in managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety across all logistics functions. You will oversee inventory management, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, manage warehouse staff, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse procedures and a proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing warehouse layout, scheduling deliveries, and resolving operational issues. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to perform occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels.

- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or coordination.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and logistics best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Understanding of safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
