You will be working in a fast-paced warehouse setting, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Occasional lifting of packages up to 50 lbs may be required. Experience with shipping software and a good understanding of logistics processes are highly desirable. Responsibilities:
- Process and prepare all outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Create shipping labels, bills of lading, and other necessary documentation.

- Maintain organized and up-to-date shipping records.
- Ensure packages comply with all carrier regulations and company policies.
- Adhere rigorously to all safety procedures and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform occasional lifting of packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or a related administrative role.
- Proficiency in using shipping software and computer systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
