We are seeking energetic and dependable Warehouse Workers to join our facility in Boise, Idaho. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, involving a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient handling and movement of goods. You will participate in receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping processes. Safety is a core value, and we expect all employees to prioritize a secure work environment by following all protocols and using the provided PPE. Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading materials from trucks and containers.
- Sorting, organizing, and stocking received inventory.
- Picking and preparing orders for shipment with accuracy.
- Packing products securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Operating basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
- Assisting with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Following all established safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE.
- Supporting overall logistics and warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 35 pounds consistently.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse flow.
- Commitment to safety and the use of PPE.
- Team player with good communication skills.
