Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against documentation.
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order requirements.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Store merchandise in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Report any operational issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Contribute to the overall productivity and efficiency of the logistics department.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including standing, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Commitment to safety protocols and the use of PPE.
