Join our Columbus, Ohio warehouse as a Warehouse Worker and contribute to the seamless operation of our logistics network. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including receiving and stocking goods, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. If you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to Safety, we encourage you to apply. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Stage outgoing shipments for carriers.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and dollies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform tasks involving manual Lifting of products up to 50 lbs.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Contribute to overall warehouse efficiency and productivity in our logistics operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is advantageous.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capacity for consistent Lifting and moving of materials.
- Understanding of basic warehouse procedures and Safety practices.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to task completion.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new processes and equipment.
