This role involves navigating our facility, identifying and retrieving products, and preparing them for dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify product accuracy and quantities against order requirements.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, and carts as needed.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace in compliance with Safety standards.
- Wear and utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
- Perform tasks involving manual Lifting of products up to 50 lbs.
- Support the overall logistics process from order receipt to shipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for prolonged periods.
- Proficiency in performing repetitive tasks and Lifting moderate weights.
- Basic understanding of inventory control and logistics principles.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Prioritize Safety in all job functions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
