Join our growing logistics team as a Fulfillment Associate in St. Louis, Missouri! We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to manage the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping a variety of products. This role is essential to our supply chain's success, ensuring that our clients receive their orders efficiently and correctly. Safety is our top priority; therefore, strict adherence to all safety procedures and the correct use of PPE is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick products according to order specifications using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label and prepare outgoing shipments for carriers.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training available).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and checks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Assist with quality control checks on outgoing orders.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and wearing required PPE.
