Join our busy shipping department in Miami, Florida, as a Shipping Clerk! We're searching for meticulous and organized individuals to ensure our outgoing shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. This role is crucial for our logistics operations, maintaining customer satisfaction through timely and correct order dispatch. Your responsibilities will include preparing shipping labels and documentation, verifying order contents, inspecting packages for damage, and coordinating with freight carriers. You will also maintain accurate shipping logs and assist with inventory verification. Adherence to strict Safety guidelines and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are mandatory. This position requires individuals who are comfortable with regular Lifting of boxes and packages. Prior experience with shipping software (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL) and a strong understanding of logistics processes are highly desirable. We are looking for proactive team players with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Your contribution to our logistics success is highly valued.
