We are looking for a diligent Order Picker to join our bustling warehouse in Houston, Texas. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders. Your primary duty will be to locate, retrieve, and prepare items for shipment, ensuring that the correct products and quantities are selected. Accuracy and speed are key to success in this position. You will be an integral part of our logistics operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction. Essential functions include reading order sheets, navigating the warehouse to find specified items, scanning products, and staging orders for packing and shipping. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is also crucial. Strict adherence to Safety procedures and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory for all team members. This role requires consistent Lifting of products, which may weigh up to 50 lbs. Prior experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial. We are seeking individuals who are energetic, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
