Job Summary:
Join our team as an Inventory Clerk in Charlotte, North Carolina, and play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse stock. This position is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that our inventory levels are precise and readily available. Your duties will include conducting regular cycle counts, verifying stock levels against system records, and investigating discrepancies. You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory records, both physical and digital. The role requires a meticulous approach to detail and a strong understanding of inventory management principles. You will be working within our warehouse environment, which involves some manual tasks, including lifting items up to 30 pounds. Adherence to all safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. The Inventory Clerk will work closely with the warehouse management team to identify areas for improvement in inventory control processes. Responsibilities:
  • Perform accurate inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory records.
  • Receive, process, and record incoming stock.
  • Assist with put-away and replenishment of inventory.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE.
  • Perform moderate lifting (up to 30 lbs) as part of inventory tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and data entry skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software or systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including moderate lifting.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with PPE requirements and safety procedures.
