Join our vibrant team as a Picker/Packer in our state-of-the-art distribution center located in Provo, Utah. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting customer orders and preparing them for shipment. This involves navigating the warehouse efficiently using order pick lists or scanning devices to locate and retrieve items. Once picked, you will carefully package the items, ensuring they are protected during transit and that all shipping labels are correctly applied. A keen eye for detail is crucial to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. This position demands physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to perform frequent lifting of items, with weights typically ranging up to 30 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Adherence to all workplace safety guidelines, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is a top priority. Our logistics operations rely on the efficiency and accuracy of our Picker/Packers. You will work as part of a supportive team, contributing to the overall success of our distribution efforts. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order picking or packing is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order lists and labels.
- Proficiency in basic math skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to perform regular lifting and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Familiarity with warehouse environments and logistics operations is beneficial.
