Are you a certified Forklift Operator seeking a new opportunity in Dallas, Texas? We are hiring skilled individuals to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently within our busy warehouse. This role is crucial for moving inventory, loading and unloading trucks, and supporting various warehouse operations. Your expertise will contribute directly to the smooth flow of goods and the overall success of our Logistics .
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks) to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately.
- Transport inventory to and from designated storage areas.
- Assist with receiving and shipping processes as needed.
- Conduct daily inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance issues.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure the proper use of PPE , including hard hats, safety vests, and steel-toed boots.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring aisles are clear.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, which may include order picking or packing.
- Support overall warehouse efficiency and the integrity of our Logistics .
Qualifications:
Valid forklift operator certification and proven experience operating various types of forklifts. Knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling. Ability to perform physical tasks, including occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all safety regulations. Must be able to wear and use all required PPE . Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Familiarity with Logistics operations is a plus.
