Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items based on order specifications using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Transport picked items to designated packing or staging areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety rules and procedures.
- Meet picking productivity targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment issues to supervisors.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and moderate lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of safety protocols and the importance of wearing PPE.
