Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order requirements.
- Utilize RF scanners and pick sheets to identify and select products.
- Verify item numbers, quantities, and condition of goods.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain optimal organization within the picking zones.
- Adhere to all warehouse Safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Consistently use designated PPE as required for the role.
- Contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of our Logistics processes.
- Perform regular duties including extensive walking and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in order picking or warehouse picking is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Physical capability to walk, stand, reach, and perform Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong understanding of Safety practices and the importance of PPE .
- Familiarity with Logistics operations is a plus.
