We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist for our busy facility in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular cycle counts, and reconciling discrepancies. Your efforts are vital to the efficiency of our Logistics operations and overall business success. You will work closely with warehouse and shipping departments to ensure inventory integrity and implement improvements to inventory management processes. A strong understanding of warehouse procedures and inventory systems is essential. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Maintaining a clean and organized storage environment, consistent with Safety standards, is also part of your responsibility. While not primarily a physical role, occasional Lifting and moving of inventory items may be required. You will be expected to follow all relevant Safety guidelines and utilize PPE as needed.
